Helen Margaret Hull died Saturday, Oct. 29, 2005, at the Good Samaritan Nursing Home in Evansville, Ind.
She was born Sept. 20, 1917, in Puxico, the daughter of Othniel Spray Edwards and Nanny Belle Johnson.
Helen's husband Louie R. Hull preceded her in death.
She was a strong woman and a loving wife and mother, and matriarch of a large family. She was a homemaker, devout Christian and lifelong Baptist.
Survivors include her sons, Jerry Davis of Evansville, Ind., Roland Davis of Rogersville, Michael Hull of Mary Esther, Fla., Jimmie Hull of Evansville, Ind.; daughters, Darlene Reisner of Charlotte, N.C., and Marilyn Durst of Branson, Louise Kellerman of Branson; 23 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation began at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 2, 2005, at the Fairview Methodist Church.
The funeral was held at 12 noon Wednesday, Nov. 2, 2005, with Rev. Ray Placher officiating. The service was at the Fairview Methodist Church with burial following in the Fairview Cemetery.
Services were under the direction of Snapp-Bearden Funeral Home in Branson.
