Carrie Pauline Teeter
Carrie Pauline Teeter, daughter of the late Wilce Tinsley Waldrop and Dora Faircloth Waldrop, was born on Sept. 10, 1914, at Braggadocio and died in the Cypress Point Healthcare in Dexter on Saturday, Nov. 5, 2005, at the age of 91.

Mrs. Teeter was a member of the First Assembly of God Church in Bloomfield, a homemaker and a resident of Dexter.

On Sept. 26, 1931, she was united in marriage to Troy Alvis Teeter at Caruthersville. Mr. Teeter preceded her in death on April 1, 1994.

Survivors include one son, James E. Teeter of Dexter; one daughter, Jeanette Smith of Dexter; two grandchildren, Lisa Corlew of Dudley and Angie Smith of Dexter; and two great-grandchildren, Zach and Jack Roach of Dexter.

Besides her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Moody Waldrop and George Faircloth; also by one sister, Wilcie Teeter.

Visitation was held from 5-8 p.m. Monday, Nov. 7, 2005, at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter.

Funeral services were conducted at 1 p.m. today, Tuesday, Nov. 8, 2005, with Rev. Dean Medlin officiating.

Interment followed in the Dexter Cemetery.
