Samantha Gail Vaughn, the daughter of the late Elaine Vaughn Northern, was born in Dexter on Oct. 30, 1982, and died due to injuries received in an automobile accident near Bloomfield on Tuesday, Nov. 15, 2005, at the age of 23.
