Eslie Fish

Eslie Fish, son of Sherman Fish and Osa Ola McDaniel Fish, was born July 21, 1912, in Zalma and died Monday, Nov. 21, 2005, at Craighead County Nursing Center in Jonesboro, Ark.

He was a farmer and worked as a machinist at Bussman Fuse Co. and a veteran of the U.S. Army. He was a member of the Greensboro Road Church of Christ in Jonesboro.

Survivors include his wife, Lucy Fish of Jonesboro; one brother, Herbert Fish of Florida; three sisters, Lorene Rogers of Mt. Vernon, June Cooper of Malden, and Verldean Reddick of Puxico.

He was preceded in death by two brothers, Elza Fish and Elton Fish; and one sister, Mabel Goodwin.

Visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m. today, Tuesday, Nov. 22, 2005, at Landess Funeral Chapel in Malden.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 23, 2005, at Landess Funeral Chapel in Malden with Bro. Steve Sanders and Bro. Terry Joe Kee officiating.

Interment will follow in Oak Ridge Cemetery in Kennett.
