Rebecca A. Lewis West, daughter of the late Almo and Bessie Dent Lewis, was born July 29, 1940, and died Friday, Nov. 25, 2005, at Baptist Medical Center in Little Rock, Ark., at the age of 65.

She was an active member of the Church of Christ and had been employed as a custodian at Central Arkansas Christian High School.

On Feb. 2, 1958, she was united in marriage with Earl G. West, and he survives of the home.

Survivors include her husband, Earl West; two children, Terry West of Memphis, Tenn., and Shari McClendon of Josephine, Texas; and four grandchildren.

Graveside services were conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday, at Dexter Cemetery with Don Bahr officiating.

White-Sanders Funeral Home of Fisk was in charge of arrangements.
