Mr. and Mrs. Bradley Dewayne Rohan

Melissa Ann Knight and Bradley Dewayne Rohan were united in marriage at 3 p.m. on Oct. 22, 2005, at Crossroads General Baptist Church in Greenville.

The bride is the daughter of Bill and Sandra Billingsley Knight of Lowndes.

The bridegroom is the son of John Rohan of Puxico and the late Yvonne Hopkins Rohan of Smithland, Ky.

Bro. Dale Rogers, cousin of the bride, performed the ceremony.

Cindy Reutzel of Lowndes, cousin of the bride, played "Unchained Melody", "Canon in D", "The Vows Go Unbroken", and "The Wedding March".

Two large silver candlelabra with two arrangements made up of stargazer lillies, lily of the valley, silver eucalyptus and off-white delphinum mixed with lilacs and other assorted purple flowers were placed on columns on either side of the altar.

The bride was escorted by her father, Bill Knight. She wore a white, strapless, sequined dress with a mini-cathedral train made by PC Marys. Her waist-length veil was tulle accented with silver sparkles.

The maid of honor, Kristal Shepherd of Dexter, is the bride's best friend since childhood. She wore a mystic purple strapless embroidered Morilee dress with a mini-train and carried a bouquet of white roses, white stargazer lillies, baby's breath, and white delphinum.

The bridal attendants were Jessica Billingsley of Poplar Bluff, cousin of the bride and Natalie Lawrence of Cambria, Ill., friend of the bride. They wore straples, two-piece Alfred Angelo satin dresses in mystic purple, and they carried bouquets made of white stargazer lillies and baby's breath.

Blair Bollinger, uncle of the bridegroom from Greenville, served as best man. The bridegroom and best man wore black plain jeans with white long sleeved shirts.

The bride's mother wore a light purple sleeveless dress which was sequined and had a ruffle split to the knee. It had a long-sleeved jacket that went over it. Her corsage was a white rose mixed with baby's breath and purple tulle.

All the wedding flowers were designed by Angela Miller of Cape Girardeau, and the wedding coordinator was Michelle Rohan, sister of the bride.

Special guests attending were Dorothy Billingsley, Curt Billingsley, Uvonne Bollinger, Wanda and Bill Bennett, Annabell Schearer of Midland, Mich., Sheila Anderson of Sanford, Mich., and Tania, Alyssa, and Logan Schade of Ohio.

The reception was held at 6 p.m. at the Eagles Lodge in Dexter with Amanda Luttrull and Karyn Simmons, both of Cape Girardeau, serving as reception assistants.

The wedding photographer is Tanna Myatt of Paducah, Ky.

A cruise is planned in January for a honeymoon trip.

The couple will reside in Cape Girardeau.

The bride is employed as store manager of Heil Beauty Systems in Cape Girardeau. The bridegroom is employed at Southeast Missouri Stone, Inc. as an operating engineer.
