Theresa Christine Hayes and Johnny Lee Davis were united in marriage Sept. 17, 2005, at Poplar Bluff Church of the Nazarene.
The bride is the daughter of Robert and Reta Crank of Poplar Bluff.
The bridegroom is the son of Teresa and Allen Lankford of Bloomfield and the late John D. Davis of Bloomfield.
Pastor Greg Gilberto performed the candlelit double-ring ceremony. The bride was presented by her father.
Maid of honor was Debbie Newman, best friend and cousin of the bride. Bridesmaid was Shanna Hayes, daughter of the bride. Flower girl was Sophia Rowland, niece of the bride.
Best man was Andy Davis, brother of the bridegroom. Groomsman was Jeff Wacker, brother-in-law of the bride. Usher was Jeffrey Rowland, nephew of the bride.
Wedding director was Cindy Wacker. Music director was Jeff Newman. Music coordinator was Michael Crawford. Musical selections included songs from the soundtrack, "City of Angels"; the bridal march was "I Can't Fight This Feeling Anymore". The couple was pronounced Mr. and Mrs. Johnny Davis to the song "Amazed".
A reception followed the ceremony at The Knights of Columbus. Assisting with the reception were Robert and Reta Crank, Jeff and Cindy Wacker, Jeff Newman and J.R. Keirsey, all of Poplar Bluff.
The bride is employed with Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center as the clinical coordinator and interim director for the home health department.
The bridegroom is employed with Smith & Co. Engineering as an environmental drill technician.
The couple honeymooned in Florida and will reside in Poplar Bluff.
