Willard Woodrow Johns, 90, of Bloomfield, was born June 5, 1915, at Advance, the son of Harry and Vallie Revelle Johns, and died Sunday, Dec. 4, 2005, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.
Willard was a retired farmer and attended Sturdivant and Bloomfield General Baptist Churches.
Willard and Lillian Cazadd were united in marriage on Dec. 6, 1939, at Zalma, and she survives of the home.
Other survivors include a son, Vance Johns of Sikeston; two daughters, Wilma Cooper of Bloomfield and Welda Hunt of Jonesboro, Ark.; Calvin "Perk" Johns of Godfrey, Ill., and Bobby Johns of Jerseyville, Ill.; two sisters, Lucy Sadler of Alton, Ill., and Vivian Hodge of Puxico; seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and five brothers.
Visitation will be held from 5-8 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 6, 2005, at Morgan Funeral Chapel in Advance.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 7, 2005, at Morgan Funeral Chapel in Advance with Rev. Kevin Eskew officiating.
Interment will follow in Morgan Memorial Park at Advance.
