Jackie Louise Stockton, a resident of Portageville, died Sunday, Jan. 8, 2006, at her home. She was born Sept. 29, 1945, at Jonesboro, Ark., the daughter of Willa Jean Bryant Dawson and Jack Parkman.
She was united in marriage to Walter Lee Stockton on Sept. 20, 1964, in Parma. He survives of the home. Preceding her in death was her father, Jack Parkman.
She was a member of the First United Pentecostal Church.
Survivors include her mother, Jean Dawson of Portageville; her husband, Walter Lee Stockton of Portageville; two sons, William Mark Stockton and Nick Lee Stockton, both of Portageville; one sister, Judy Phillips of Portageville; four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Visitation was held after 5 p.m. Monday, Jan. 9, 2006, at First United Pentecostal Church in Portageville.
Funeral services were conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 10, 2006, at First United Pentecostal Church in Portageville with Rev. Alan Gentry officiating.
Interment followed in the Portageville Cemetery.
