Amy Danielle Weeks of Bernie and Herman Joseph "Joey" Kerperien of Glennonville were united in marriage on Saturday, September 3, at the Saint Teresa Catholic Church in Glennonville. Father Glenn Eftink performed the double-ring ceremony.

Parents of the bride are Cecil and Myra Weeks of Bernie and Anita Campbell of Jackson. Parents of the bridegroom are Steve and Judy Kerperien of Glennonville.

The bride was given in marriage by her father. Valerie Kerperien of Jonesboro, Ark., cousin of the bridegroom, served as maid of honor. Attendants were Ashley Weeks of St. Louis, sister of the bride; Janise Kerperien of Jonesboro, Ark., sister of the bridegroom; Mandy Kerperien of Paragould, Ark, cousin of the bridegroom; Stephanie Aul of Prattville, Ala., sister of the bride; Dana Harris of Heber Springs, Ark., Summer Bader of Jonesboro, Ark., and Andrea Davis of Bono, Ark. Flower girl was McKenna Weeks, the bride's cousin.

Cody Bader of Jonesboro, Ark., served as best man. Groomsmen were Seth Baker of Jonesboro, Ark; Troy Bader of Jonesboro, Ark; Vincent Kerperien of Paragould, Ark., cousin of the bridegroom; Dustin Siebert of Kennett; Stephen Kuper of Jonesboro, Ark; Clinton Bader of Campbell; and Eric Bader of Fayetteville, Ark. Michael Weeks of St. Charles and Matthew Weeks of Jonesboro, Ark., cousins of the bride, served as ushers and candlelighters. Seth Weidenbenner of Glennonville, cousin of the bridegroom, served as ring bearer.

Steve Kuper played the organ and soloist was Meaghan Woolbright of Jefferson City, cousin of the bride. Guest book attendant was Mandy Weeks, the bride's cousin and Kendra Kerperien, the bridegroom's sister. Wedding planner Lois Shearrer was in charge of the reception held at the Knights of Colombus Hall in Glennonville.

Special guests attending the ceremony included Cecil and Deloris Weeks of Bernie; Clinton and Mary Sparks of Malden; Bonnie Lemings of Clarkton; Ted and Loetta Morgan of Parma; Nettie Kerperien of Glennonville and many, many friends and family members.

The bride is a 2001 graduate of Malden High School and a 2005 graduate of Arkansas State University. She is employed as a first grade teacher at Masterson Elementary School in Kennett.

The bridegroom is a 2000 graduate of Campbell High School and will graduate from Arkansas State University in 2005.

The couple spent their honeymoon at a St. Louis Cardinals and Chicago Cubs game in St. Louis. The couple has made their home in Malden.
