Ricky Razer, son of Bob Razer and the late Cloetta "Corky" Oliver Razer, was born in Sikeston on Feb. 21, 1961, and died at his home in Dubuque, Iowa, on Friday, Feb. 10, 2006, at the age of 44.

He was a former resident of Essex and had lived in Dubuque, Iowa, the past 10 years.

Surviving are his father, Bob Razer of Essex; two brothers, Terry Meeker of San Antonio, Texas, and Robert Dale Razer of Mobile, Ala.; and one sister, Belinda Ann Razer of Essex.

Visitation will be held from 5-8 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 14, 2006, at the Watkins & Sons Funeral Home in Dexter.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 15, 2006, at the Watkins & Sons Chapel in Dexter with the Rev. Cletus Patterson of Bernie officiating.

Interment will follow in the Essex Cemetery with Watkins & sons Funeral Service of Dexter in charge of arrangements.
