Glenda Fay Wren Johnson

Glenda Johnson, daughter of the late Lloyd Wren and Geneva Henson Wren, was born July 7, 1944, in Flint, Mich., and died at the Missouri Southern Healthcare in Dexter on Tuesday, March 14, 2006, at the age of 61.

Mrs. Johnson was a member of the Faith Apostolic Church in Sturdivant, a homemaker and a resident of Dexter.

She was united in marriage to Arlin R. Johnson on Oct. 7, 1978, in Bloomfield. Mr. Johnson survives of the home in Dexter.

Besides her husband, Arlin Johnson of Dexter, other survivors include one son, Dale holman of Sturdivant; one brother, Truman Wren of Missouri; one sister, Andra Hawkins of Bloomfield; three grandchildren, Karen Holman and Michael Holman, both of Sturdivant, and Brandi Griffin of Dexter.

Visitation will be held from 4:30-8 p.m. Friday, March 17, 2006, at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday, March 18, 2006, in the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Chapel in Dexter with Rev. Dale Holman and Rev. Jimmy Kirby officiating.

Interment will follow in the Puxico City Cemetery.
