Dorothy Gibson, 91, born to Howard and Ella Kincy of Dexter on June 26, 1914, died Saturday, April 1, 2006, in Vallejo, Calif. She was married to Floyd James Gibson, who preceded her in death in 1997, after 63 years of marriage.

She is survived by her daughter, Mary Ruth Rook of Vallejo, Calif.; two sisters, Bernice McCarty and Lucille Dowdy, both of Dexter; and five grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by five brothers and sisters.

Visitation will be held from 4-7 p.m. Wednesday, April 5, 2006, at Skyview Chapel, 200 Rollingwood Drive, Vallejo, Calif.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday, April 6, 2006, at Skyview Chapel with Pastor Scott Peterson officiating.
