Juanita B. DeBlois, daughter of the late Harry and Nellie Neighbauer, was born at Miami, Mo., on Feb. 5, 1922, and died at Twin Rivers Regional Medical Center in Kennett on Monday, May 1, 2006, at the age of 84.

Mrs. DeBlois had spent most of her life in Mexico. in 1985 she retired as a housekeeper for Audrain County Hospital and a member of the First Baptist Church in Mexico. She was a veteran of the U.S. Army and had been a resident of Kennett since 1993.

Survivors include one son, Bill DeBlois of Bloomfield; one daughter, Patricia Laughlin of Cedar Hill; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 9-10:45 a.m. Thursday, May 4, 2006, at the Chiles-Cooper Funeral Home in Bloomfield.

Graveside services and interment will follow at 11 a.m. at the Missouri Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield.

Chiles-Cooper Funeral Home of Bloomfield is in charge of all arrangements.
