Janet Lynn McCauley and Dewey Wayne Holmes II, both of Bloomfield, were united in marriage on April 29, 2006, at First Baptist Church in Bloomfield. Michael Watkins officiated at a double ring ceremony.

The parents of the bride are Junior and Ruth Cagle of Bloomfield.

The parents of the bridegroom are Dewey and Carlois Holmes of Bloomfield.

The bride was escorted down the aisle by her children, Sean and Sierra McCauley, and she was given in marriage by her parents and children.

The matron of honor was Amy Beeson of Sikeston; attendants were Ricki Crismon-Cook of Poplar Bluff and Sierra McCauley of Bloomfield, daughter of the bride. The flower girl was Pearl Cagle of St. Louis, niece of the bride.

The best man was Joshua Holmes of Bloomfield, son of the bridegroom. Groomsmen were Anthony Beeson of Sikeston, cousin of the bridegroom and Sean McCauley of Bloomfield, son of the bride. Ushers were Kevin Cagle of St. Louis, nephew of the bride, and Ryan Tomlinson of Poplar Bluff, nephew of the bride. The ringbearer was Dakota Holmes of Campbell, son of the bridegroom.

The candlelighters were Kevin Cagle and Ryan Tomlinson.

Angel Hillman, friend of the bride, recorded the song, "Yours, Mine and Ours" to be played during the "sand ceremony".

As a special gift to the bride, the bridegoom had the song, "Keeper of the Stars" played especially for her.

Guest book attendant was Katelyn Lang of Bloomfield, niece of the bridegroom. Amber Gamache of Bloomfield, niece of the bridegroom, was the program attendant.

A reception was held at the church following the ceremony.

Servers for the reception were Sherri Tomlinson of Poplar Bluff, sister of the bride, and Tabatha Gamache of Bloomfield, sister of the bridegroom.

Sherri Tomlinson also served as wedding coordinator for the bride.

A special guest was Emogene Mays of Sikeston, grandmother of the bridegroom.

The bride graduated from Poplar Bluff High School and is currently employed at Heartland Wood Products, Inc. in Sikeston where she is an administrative assistant.

The bridegroom graduated from Bloomfield High School and is currently employed at Tyson Foods in Dexter where he is a forklift operator.

The couple honeymooned in Punta Cana, Domincan Republic, and they will reside in Bloomfield.
