Carla Gay DeArman Stoker

Carla DeArman Stoker, daughter of Pauline DeArman McAnally and the step-daughter of Sam McAnally, both of Dexter, was born on Oct. 19, 1966, in Poplar Bluff and died in Idalia on June 10, 2006, at the age of 39.

Carla was a housewife and a resident of Dexter.

On Sept. 21, 2001, she was united in marriage to Lester Eugene Stoker in Piggott, Ark. Mr. Stoker survives of the home in Dexter.

Besides her parents and husband, other survivors include one son, Ethan Carl Stoker of Dexter; one step-son, Russell Eugene Stoker of Malden; two brothers, Kevin DeArman and Michael DeArman, both of Dexter; and two step-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 12-2 p.m. Tuesday, June 13, 2006, at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter.

Funeral services will then be conducted at 2 p.m. with Rev. Farris Nabors officiating.

Interment will follow in the Dexter Cemetery.
