Rozela "Tooter" Kelley, 70, of Bloomfield, was born Dec. 8, 1935, at East Prairie, the daughter of Luther and Edith Tanner Bailey, and died June 16, 2006, at St. Louis University Hospital.

Rozela was a homemaker and a member of the Bell City Assembly of God Church.

Rozela and James E. Kelley were united in marriage on Jan. 20, 1953, at East Prairie, and he survives of the home.

Other survivors include four sons, J.D. Kelley of Puxico, Glen and Randy Kelley, both of Bloomfield, and Mark Kelley of McGee; a brother, Clarence "Bo" Bailey of Manchester; 13 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a sister.

Visitation was held from 5-8 p.m. Sunday, June 18, 2006, at Morgan Funeral Home in Advance.

Funeral services were conducted at 11 a.m. Monday, June 19, 2006, at Morgan Funeral Home in Advance with Rev. Jason Myers and Rev. Billy Adkison officiating.

Interment followed in Walker Cemetery in Bloomfield.
