William Edmond Grissom, son of the late Floyd Edmond Grissom and Clara Mabel McGuire Grissom, was born Oct. 18, 1946, at Sikeston and died in his residence at Dexter on June 22, 2006, at the age of 59.

Mr. Grissom was a production worker for Intertherm Heating and Cooling at Poplar Bluff and a resident of Dexter.

Survivors include one brother, Donald Jack Grissom of Cat Springs, Texas; one sister, Pansy Dowden of Greenville, Ind.

Graveside memorial services will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Monday, June 26, 2006, at the Dexter Cemetery.
