Haskell and Sharon Morse of Hope, Ark., and Ron and Mary McGhee of Dexter announce the marriage of their children, Brandy Kay Morse and Philip Wade McGhee. The ceremony was held at the home of the bridegroom's parents on June 16, 2006.

Brandy is the granddaughter of Delores and Rondale Powell of Hope, Ark., Leon Buffington of Hope, Ark., and Hulon and Mildred Morse of Hope, Ark. She is the great-granddaughter of Virginia Buffington of Hope, Ark.

Philip is the grandson of the late Edgar and pearl Palmer of Bernie, the late Shirley McGhee of Dexter, and the late Joe McGhee of Aberdeen, Miss.

The bride is a 2006 graduate of Springhill, Ark., and will be attending Southeast Missouri State University this fall for general studies.

The bridegroom is a 1999 graduate of Emmanuel Baptist Christian School in Dexter and is currently employed at Negwer Material in Scott City. The couple will be residing in Sikeston.
