Ashton Jay Rodgers Vinson, son of Tyler Jay Vinson and Ashley Jean Rodgers, was born at Poplar Bluff on Friday, July 7, 2006, and died at the Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center on July 7, 2006.

Surviving are his parents, Tyler Jay Vinson of Bloomfield and Ashley Jean Rodgers of Dexter; maternal grandparents, Carrol and Edna Rodgers of Dexter; paternal grandparents, Raymond Vinson of Bloomfield and Cindy Morton of Bloomfield; maternal great-grandparents are Carrol Rodgers, Sr. of Aquilla, Linda Hyslip of Dexter, and Dottie Sinyard of Morehouse; paternal great-grandparents are Bufford and Bernadette Fuwell of Essex and Terri Flores of Belton; and paternal great-great-grandmother, Rose Lucas of Essex.

Graveside funeral services will be held Saturday, July 15, 2006, at 1 p.m. at Essex Cemetery with Sam Rodgers of Puxico and Mike Rodgers of Advance officiating.

Interment will follow in the Essex Cemetery with Watkins & Sons Funeral Home of Dexter in charge of arrangements.
