Frances Janice Kimbrel Parks

Frances Janice Kimbrel Parks, daughter of the late James Eli and Mildred Alice Bolin Kimbrel, was born March 29, 1928, and died on Wednesday, July 12, 2006, at her home in Bloomfield.

Preceding her in death in addition to her parents were her husband, Dr. Stephen Parks, her daughter, Donna Sue Belcher, and one brother, James Wesley Kimbrel.

Among the loved ones she leaves behind are her brother and wife, Donald Joe and Emma Nell Kimbrel and their children, Eric and Pam Mouser and Erika and Sarah, Terry and Missy Douglas and Steven, Donald Joe Kimbrel II, D.J. and Kelsey, Keith and Jamie Pullum, Hannah Hailey and Bryer, all of Bloomfield, her nephews, James M. and Carol Kimbrel and their son and daughter and Joseph B. and Diane Kimbrel, their son and two daughters of Parker, Colo., her step-daughter, Stephanie Jo Parks of Fruitport, Mich., her son-in-law, Harold Gene Belcher and Uncle Wesley Bolin, both of Bloomfield. Other relatives and many friends survive to mourn her passing.

Graveside rites will be held Monday, July 17, 2006, at 11 a.m. at Rock Point Cemetery near Bloomfield with Rev. Dan Sitz and Rev. Don Cooper officiating. Interment will follow in Rock Point Cemetery.

Chiles-Cooper Funeral Home of Bloomfield is in charge of all arrangements.
