Peggy Louise Russell, the daughter of the late Arthur and Clida Davis Halbrook, was born in Blytheville, Ark., on June 23, 1941, and died at the Missouri Southern Healthcare in Dexter on Wednesday, July 19, 2006, at the age of 65.

Mrs. Russell had worked as a C.N.A. at the Walls Hospital in Blytheville, Ark., and had lived the past several years in Dexter. She was of the Baptist faith.

She was married to Alvin William Russell in Blytheville, Ark., and he preceded her in death in 1985.

Surviving are one son, Raymond McFall of Ward, Ark.; three daughters, Tina Lane and Lisa Russell, both of Dexter, and Cindy McFall of Austin, Texas; five grandchildren; one great-grandchild; two brothers, Charles Halbrook of Wis. and Buddy Halbrook of Wash.; one sister, Betty Bates of Oakcreek, Wis.

She was preceded in death by one sister in infancy, Wilma Halbrook, and two brothers, Teddy and Bobby Halbrook.

No services are scheduled. Watkins & Sons Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
