Alex Brown, infant son of Lance and Amy Dodson Brown, was born in Poplar Bluff on Feb. 24, 2006, and died at the Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital in St. Louis on Wednesday, Aug. 2, 2006, at the age of five months.

Surviving are his parents, Lance and Amy Brown of Parma; one sister, Chastidy Danielle Brown of Parma; paternal grandparents, Dawsey and Rose Brown of Malden; maternal grandparents, Dewayne and Joan Dodson of Parma.

Visitation will be held after 11:30 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 5, 2006, until service time at the Watkins & Sons Funeral Home in Parma.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 5, 2006, at the Watkins & Sons Chapel in Parma with Judy Stanfield of Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital in St. Louis and Brian Johnson of Campbell officiating.

Interment will be in the Bethany Cemetery near Campbell with Watkins and Sons Funeral Home of Parma in charge of arrangements.
