Mrs. Graves had lived in Malden before moving to Dexter in 1958. She had worked in the packing department at the International Hat Factory.
On March 30, 1944, she was married to William M. "Slim" Graves in Piggott, Ark. He preceded her in death on Nov. 30, 1980.
Surviving are one son, Melvin Graves of Dexter; two daughters, Mary Lou Taylor of Dexter and Marie Greene of Chino Valley, Ariz.; nine grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Freeman Mims of Corning, Ark., and Leroy Mims of Essex; and one sister, Wilma June Maloney of Dexter.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, Paul and Marvin Mims; and one sister, Bertha Garner.
Visitation will be held from 5-8 p.m. Friday, Aug. 4, 2006, at the Watkins & Sons Funeral Home in Dexter.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 5, 2006, at the Watkins & Sons Chapel in Dexter with Rev. Clifford Wray of Dexter officiating.
Interment will follow in the Hagy Cemetery in Dexter with Watkins & Sons Funeral Home of Dexter in charge of arrangements.
