Ann Harp, 67, of Sikeston, died on Sunday, Sept. 10, 2006, at 9:50 a.m. at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau. She was born on April 28, 1939, in Greenbriar to the late Homer E. and Irene Shepard Lewis. She was a housewife and homemaker and was of the Church of God faith. She married Allen A. Harp on April 7, 1956, in Morehouse, and he survives of the home.

Other survivors include two sons, Kenny Harp of Benton and Timothy Harp of Crane; five daughters, Carol DeBerry and Glenda Hester, both of Dexter, Julie Hays and Lisa Burton, both of Sikeston, and Teresa Lutes of Oran; four brothers, Frank Lewis of Sikeston, Melvin Lewis of Essex, Emmett Lewis of Russell, Ky., and Ed Lewis of Harker Hight, Texas; three sisters, Wilma Haley of Charleston, Blanche Sturgeon of Sikeston, and Carolyn Patterson of Advance; 15 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one son; three granddaughters; two grandsons; three brothers; and two sisters.

Visitation was from 5-8 p.m. Monday, Sept. 11, 2006, at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel in Sikeston.

Funeral services were conducted at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 12, 2006, in the Nunnelee Chapel with Rev. Bill Martin, pastor of the New Beginnings Fellowship Church officiating.

Interment followed in Memorial Park Cemetery.
