Lonnie Belcher, a resident of Dexter, died Oct. 9, 2006, in the St. Francis Medical Center at Cape Girardeau at the age of 34.

Funeral arrangements are incomplete and will be announced later by the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter.
