Also preceded her in death were her husband, John Elvin Borders (1993) and two brothers, Hurma and Doil Bradshaw.
Mrs. Borders was a member of the Farmington First Church of The Nazarene.
Survivors include two sons, James F. Borders and Donald E. Borders, all of Farmington; one sister, Loise McClain, of Farmington; two brothers, Pernell Bradshaw of Delta and Dewain Bradshaw of Murray, Ky.; two grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held from 5-8 p.m. Monday, Oct. 9, 2006, at Taylor Funeral Service, Inc. , 111 East Liberty Street, at Farmington and resumed Tuesday, Oct. 10, 2006, from 7 a.m. - 1 p.m.
The funeral service was conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 10, 2006, at Taylor Funeral Service Chapel in Farmington with Rev. Tim Morgan and Rev. Mel Skeen officiating.
Interment followed at the Balch Cemetery near Zalma.
