Victor Teel, son of Mary Lou Dunn Teel and the late Delbert Lewis Teel, was born in St. Louis on Nov. 6, 1958, and died at a friend's residence in Lonedell on Oct. 21, 2006, at the age of 47.
Mr. Teel lived in Ballwin all his life. He had worked at the V.F.W. in Ballwin for many years where he was a member. He was also a member of the Elks Lodge in Ballwin. He was affiliated with the Assembly of God Church.
Surviving are two sons, Victor Maurice Teel, II and Douglas E. Teel, both of Fredericktown; one daughter, Rachael Teel of Chicago, Ill.; his mother, Mary Lou Teel of Ballwin; four brothers, Dennis Teel and Delbert Teel II, both of Charlotte, N.C., Douglas Teel of St. Louis, and David Teel of Salt Lake City, Utah; two sisters, Lana Clary of Charlotte, N.C., and Lewisa Andringa of Oconomowoc, Wis.
He was preceded in death by one grandchild.
Visitation will be held from 9-11 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 26, 2006, at the Watkins & Sons Funeral Home in Dexter.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday at the Watkins & Sons Chapel in Dexter with the Rev. Larie Burdine of Essex officiating.
Interment will be in the Essex Cemetery with Watkins & Sons Funeral Home of Dexter in charge of arrangements.
