Rev. Jimmy Kirby and his wife Barbara will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary on Nov. 18, 2006, at the Apostolic Pentecostal Fellowship Center in Dexter from 1-4 p.m.

They were married in Dexter on Nov. 25, 1956, with the Rev. George White officiating.

The event is hosted by their daughters, Tonya Cordes and Sondra Sellers. They have four granddaughters, Natalie and Kendra Cordes and Kelsey and Orlanda Sellers. They pastor the Apostolic Pentecostal Church in Dexter and have previously been pastors in Puxico, Morley, and Dyersburg, Tenn.
