Teresa Ann Lemonds, daughter of the late Paul Hayes, Jr., and Cora Sue Ferrell Hayes, was born Oct. 15, 1956, at Pocahontas, Ark., and died Friday, Dec. 15, 2006, at her residence in Clarkton.

Survivors include two sons, Paul Hayes and Phillip Bailey, both of Dexter; two sisters, Diane Tilton of Tremble, Tenn., and Linda Carter of Parma; two brothers, Kenneth Hayes of Parma and William Drye of Farmington; and three grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Ronald Paul Hayes and Jerry Allen Hayes.

Visitation was held at 6:30 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 17, 2006, at Bradshaw Funeral Home in Malden.

Funeral services were conducted at 10 a.m. Monday, Dec. 18, 2006, at Bradshaw Chapel.

Interment followed in Oak Ridges Cemetery near Kennett.

Bradshaw Funeral Home of Malden was in charge of all arrangements.
