Kathleen Foley, daughter of the late Ethre B. Duffel and Thelma Mitchem Duffel, was born Aug. 17, 1960, at Gideon and died Dec. 20, 2006, at the age of 46.

Survivors include two daughters, Brandy Green of Bell City and Dell Shook of Paragould, Ark.; three sons, Joshua Foley of Bell City, James Foley and Michael Foley, both of Paragould, Ark.; two brothers, Vernon Maxwell and Henry Maxwell, both of Malden; and eight grandchildren.

There will be no services.

Bradshaw Funeral Home of Malden was in charge of arrangements.
