Harold "Bud" Creg

Harold "Bud" Creg, son of the late Walter McClellen Creg and Ethel Belle Jerls, was born on July 22, 1935, in Bernie and died at his residence in Dexter on Dec. 27, 2006 at the age of 71.

Bud was the owner and operator of OK Radiator Shop in Dexter, veteran of the United States Air Force, was of the General Baptist Faith, and a resident of Dexter.

He was united in marriage to Marlene Culbertson on December 29, 1961, in Bernie. Mrs. Creg survives of the home in Dexter.

Besides his wife, Marlene Creg of Dexter, other survivors include one brother, Wayne Creg of Dexter; by one sister, Ruby Crow of Bernie.

Besides his parents he was preceded in death by two brothers, Dawsey Denzil Creg and Wilburn Leonard Creg; and by one sister, Betty Jones.

Friends may call at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter from 9-9:45 a.m. Friday Dec. 29, 2006.

Graveside services will be conducted at the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield at 10 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 29, 2006. Interment will follow in the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield.
