Theresa A. Crowe, 85, of Sikeston, died at 8:21 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 9, 2007, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston.

She was born Jan. 1, 1922, at Idalia to the late John Albert and Helen Grace Parrott Long. She was a housewife and a member of the St. Joe Baptist Church at Idalia. She had previously worked for Carter Carburetor Plant in St. Louis during World War II. She also worked in Sikeston for the Crouther's Gift Shop.

She was married to Charles L. Long on Oct. 11, 1946. He preceded her in death March 17, 1976. She is survived by two sons, Randy Crowe of Sikeston and Douglas Crowe of Peoria, Ill.; one brother, Theron Long of Bloomfield; one sister, Mary Helen Wilson of Madison Heights, Mich.; two grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren of Sikeston.

She was preceded in death by two brothers.

Visitation will be held from 5-8 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 11, 2007, at the Nunnelee Chapel in Sikeston.

Funeral services will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Friday, Jan. 12, 2007, in the Nunnelee Funeral Chapel with Rev. Jason Grubbs, associate pastor of Miner Baptist Church, officiating.

Interment will follow in the Memorial Park Cemetery in Sikeston.
