Frank David Mallory, 64, of Holden died Tuesday, Jan. 9, 2007, in his home.
He was born in Dudley on Sept. 25, 1942, to Frank and Mary Stephens Mallory. In 1967 he married Judy Hancock, and they had four children.
David was a 1960 graduate of Dexter High School. He started Dave's Fertilizer Service in the late 1960's.
Survivors include his wife Carol whom he married Sept. 25, 1983; Paul and Robin Mallory and their children, Sadie, Savannah, Tessie, Tori, Hope Faith, Claire, Payton, and Sophie of Gladstone; Becky Mallory Vick of Kansas City and Clint and Kathy Vick and their children, Trenton and Bobbi Vick of Odessa; Steve and Shannon Mallory and their children Raina, the twins, Aidan and Aaron Isaac, and Moriah of Lee's Summit; Tom and Debbie Mallory of Pleasant Hill; two sisters, Donna and Lloyd Martin and their sons, James and David of Holden, and Trish and Larry Oldham and their son, Danny, of Gladstone; two half-brothers, Bob and Ruth Mallory of Collinsville and Bill and Jo Mallory of Bozeman, Mont.
He was preceded in death by a brother who died at birth; his father who died in 1964; and his mother who died in 1996.
Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 14, 2006, at Williams Funeral Chapel in Holden. A private family burial will be held prior to that time. The service will be officiated by Mike Dublin, Dick Finley, and Don Hitt. Music will be presented by Brent Brown, Tom Mallory, Donna Martin and Trish Oldham and Clint and Bobbi Vick. There will be no visitation.
Pallbearers will be Steve Mallory, Tom Mallory, Trenton Vick, Mike Dublin, Dick Finley and Don Hitt.
Memorials are suggested to the Salvation Army.
