Donna Lea West, 49, of Puxico died Sunday, Jan. 7, 2007, at the Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center. Ms. West was born July 1, 1957, in St. Louis. She was a lifetime resident of Puxico and a member of the Brown General Baptist Church in Puxico. She was retired from the U.S. Postal Service.

Survivors include her mother, Martha Ware of Puxico; two daughters, Lora Lea Tucker of Flippin, Ark., and Sara L. West of Puxico; one son, Andrew West of Puxico; one brother, James Ware of Zalma; and four grandchildren.

Her father, Ralph Ware, preceded her in death on Sept. 29, 1999.

Visitation was held at 5 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 9, 2007, at Morgan Sifford Funeral Home in Puxico.

The funeral service was conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 10, 2007, at the funeral home chapel.

Interment followed in the Puxico City Cemetery.
