Johnnie Avon Baney, 56, was born Aug. 2, 1950, in Marston and died Monday, Jan. 29, 2007, at Clarkton. On March 3, 1970, he was united in marriage to Darcy F. Adams in Poplar Bluff, and she survives of the home.

His parents were Glonda Jocelyn Moore Baney of Clarkton and the late Johnnie Franklin Baney. He was a member of the Assembly of god Church in Clarkton.

Survivors include his wife, Darcy Baney of Clarkton; two daughters, Javonna Foster and Rebecca Baney, both of Dexter; three sons, Johnnie Gabriel Baney of Puxico, Aston Baney of Campbell, and Arein Baney of Clarkton; his mother, Glonda Baney of Clarkton; and two grandchildren.

Visitation will be held after 6 p.m. today Wednesday, Jan. 31, 2007, at Bradshaw Funeral Home in Malden.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 1, 2007, at Bradshaw Chapel in Malden with Rev. Mike Coleman officiating.
