Mrs. Ezell had lived in Texas and Colorado and returned to Dexter in 1967. She had owned and operated Betty's Draperies in Dexter for 28 years. She was of the Protestant faith.
On June 27, 1955, she was married to Glen Ray Ezell of Dexter in Union City, Tenn.
Surviving are her husband, Glen R. Ezell of Dexter; one son, Brian Scott Ezell of Miner; one daughter, Dawn Lynn Gordon of Fayetteville, N.C. one granddaughter; and one sister, Patricia Book of Cape Girardeau.
She was preceded in death by one brother, Dale DeJournett.
Visitation will be held from 5:30-8 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 8, 2007, at the Watkins & sons Funeral Home in Dexter.
Funeral services will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Friday, Feb. 9, 2007, at the Watkins & Sons Chapel in Dexter with Rev. Greg Meadows of Dudley officiating.
Interment will follow in the Missouri Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield with Watkins & Sons Funeral Home of Dexter in charge of arrangments,
