Mrs. Edwards was a member of the First Baptist Church in Dexter, a member of the Order of Eastern Star #311 for 53 years, an electrologist and a resident of Dexter.
She was united in marriage to Quentin Edwards on June 7, 1957, in Dexter. He survives of the home in Dexter.
Besides her husband, survivors include one son, Marc Edwards of Dexter; by one daughter, Elizabeth Hamilton of Lake Side, Texas; by two brothers, James Russell of Essex and Jerry Russell of Battle Creek; by one sister, Polly Sheets of Dexter; and by one grandchild.
She was preceded in death by one brother, David Russell and by three sisters, Alice Keller, Betty Meyer and Ruth Gilliam.
Friends may call at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter on Saturday, Feb. 10, 2007, beginning at 11 a.m. An Eastern Star service will be conducted at 1 p.m. in the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Chapel with funeral services following at 2 p.m. with Dr. Kevin Chenoweth officiating.
Interment will follow in the Bethany Cemetery near Campbell.
