Patsy Doris Jennings, daughter of the late John Oliver Wilson and Eathel Ella Losh Wilson, was born on May 20, 1936, at Campbell, and died in the Missouri Southern Healthcare at Dexter on Wednesday, March 7, 2007, at the age of 70.

Mrs. Jennings had worked before her retirement at Brown Shoe Company in Bernie and also at the Hat Factory in Dexter. She was a member of the White Oak Grove General Baptist Church of rural Bernie.

She was married to Charlie Jennings on Oct. 22, 1982, at Dexter.

Survivors include her husband, Charlie Jennings of Dexter; two sons, William Eugene Sandusky of LaNore City, Texas, and Charles Alvin Sandusky of Dexter; one step-son, Randy Jennings of Bernie; one step-daughter, Connie Jennings of Dexter; two brothers, Eugene Wilson of Grandin and J.R. Wilson of Bernie; six sisters, Geraldine Jarnagin of Portageville, Mary Lowery of Bernie, Lois Merritt of Hillsdale, Ill., Sue Lowe of Sikeston, Diane Sontheimer of Houma, La., and Vickie Shipman of Malden; 13 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death other than by her parents by one step-son, Michael Jennings.

Visitation will be held from 5-8 p.m. Thursday, March 8, 2007, at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Bernie.

Funeral services will be. conducted at 1 p.m Friday, March 9, 2007, in the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Chapel.

Interment will follow in the Chalk Bluff Cemetery in Dexter.
