Carolyn S. Staggs and Melvin Staggs announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, McKenna Leigh Staggs to James Justin Bell, son of Lisa Bell of Bloomfield.

The bride-elect is employed at D&S Drug and Soda Fountain as a pharmacy technician. She graduated from Bloomfield High School in 2003 and graduated from the nursing program at Three Rivers Community College in December 2006.

The prospective bridegroom is employed at Stoddard County Sheriff's Office and a firefighter EMT for the Bloomfield Fire Department. He graduated from Bloomfield High School in 2000 and attended Three Rivers Community College.

The wedding is planned for 5 p.m. April 21, 2007, at St. Joe General Baptist Church at Idalia. All friends and family are invited to attend.
