Haylee attended Dexter High Schol and is a graduate from Trendsetters School of Cosmetology in Sikeston. She is currently working at Innovations in Poplar Bluff.

Joey attended Poplar Bluff High School and is a 1999 graduate of Georgia Technical University receiving a bachelors in civil engineering. Joey currently owns and operates 4 N Motor Sports in Poplar Bluff.

The couple will be exchanging their vows on April 23 in Cancun, Mexico on the beach at sunset.
