Diane Locke, 59, of Crestview, Fla., died March 28, 2007. She was born in Bernie on July 14, 1947, to Doris and Harold Allen. Diane moved to the Crestview area 25 years ago from Missouri. She and Ray Locke were married on Dec. 14, 1990. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She loved music, especially playing her guitar and her piano. Her parents preceded her in death.

Survivors include her husband of 17 years, Ray Locke of Crestview, Fla.; children, Tracey Davidson of Baker, Fla., Toni Brown of Dexter, and Anita Courington of Crestview, Fla.; step-children, Vicki Locke of Ft. Walton Beach, Fla., Gary Locke of Navarre, Fla., Richard Locke of Korea, Clifton Locke of Crestview, Fla.; brothers and sisters, Judy Jones of Marion, Ill., Sharon Page of Bernie, Dennis Allen of Geneva, Ill., and Doris Culver of Niceville, Fla.; 14 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held from 12-2 p.m. Tuesday, April 3, 2007, at Whitehurst-Powell Funeral Home. A celebration of Diane's life was held at 2 p.m. following visitation in the Chapel of Whitehurst-Powell Funeral Home with Minister Jason Green officiating.

Interment followed at Liveoak Park Memorial Cemetery.

Whitehurst-Powell Funeral Home was in charge of all arrangements.
