William Henry Brown

William Henry Brown, son of the late Otho "Dink" Brown and Alma Jewel Walker Brown was born on December 12, 1932 at Parma, MO., and departed this life at the John J. Pershing Veterans Hospital in Poplar Bluff, MO., on Thursday, April 19, 2007 at the age of 74 years.

He was a former Truck Driver for Edd Eubanks Trucking Company, a veteran of the US Army and a resident of Essex.

On Aug. 13, 1985, he was united in marriage to Ivana Kovarova in Dexter. Mrs. Brown survives of the home in Essex.

Besides his wife, other survivors include six sons: Ronnie Brown of Poplar Bluff, Darrell Brown of Dexter, Garry Brown of Bernie, William Gene Jacob Brown of Melbourne, Ark., Peter Pechal and Paul Pechal, both of Plain City, Utah; five daughters: Sharon Brandt and Sandra Miller, both of Poplar Bluff, Lisa Oakes of Qulin, Patricia Hines of San Diego, Calif., and Eva Ward of Ogden, Utah; two brothers, Dallas Brown and Raymond Brown, both of Dexter; one sister, Twila Christman of Dexter.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters: Pansy Walker and Evelyn Asher.

Visitation will be held at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter from 12-2 p.m., on Saturday, April 21, 2007.

Funeral Services will be at 2 p.m. in the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Chapel in Dexter with Rev. Lonny Mittag officiating.

A graveside service will follow on Monday at 2 p.m., in the Chalk Bluff Cemetery.
