Mrs. Brantley had lived in Webb, Elk, Broseley, McGee and made her home in Greenville, Mo. for the past several years. She was a member of the Shady Dell Baptist Church and was a loving mother and grandmother.
On Jan. 15, 1933 she was married to Levi Lee Brantley in Walnut Ridge, Ark. He preceded her in death on Oct. 17, 1995.
Surviving are two daughters, Mary Thompson of Greenville, Mo. and Joyce Smith of Peoria, Ill.; one son, Sidney Brantley of Bridgeton, Mo.; five grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren; and one sister, Katheryn Kittredge of Poplar Bluff, Mo. Other relatives and many friends also survive. She was preceded in death by one great-grandson, Patrick Mally; six brothers, Thomas, Clifford, Norman, Carl, Kirk and Augustin Campbell; and one sister, Agnes Harris.
Friends may call on Wednesday, May 30 after 11 a.m. at the Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Puxico, Mo.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, May 30, 2007 at the Watkins and Sons Chapel in Puxico with the Rev. Dean Medlin of Parma officiating.
Interment will follow in the Shiloh Cemetery in Shook, Mo. with Watkins and Sons Funeral Service in Puxico in charge of arrangements.
