Mrs. Pepper was a member of the First Christian Church Disciples of Christ in Dexter, Order of Eastern Star member Chapter 385 in Bloomfield, a home-maker, and a resident of Bloomfield.
On Nov. 2, 1941, she was united in marriage to James "Jim" Pepper in Bloomfield. Mr. Pepper preceded her in death on Feb. 1, 2003.
Survivors include two sons, James L. Pepper II of Malvern, Ark., and Richard T. Pepper of Bloomfield; one brother, Jim Jones of Dexter; one sister, June Mothersbaugh of Dexter; also four grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter from 5-8 p.m. Sunday, June 17, 2007.
Funeral services will be conducted on Monday, June 18, 2007 at 1 p.m. in the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Chapel in Dexter with Rev. Vaughn Wright officiating.
Interment will follow at the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield.
