Priscilla Ann Gott, daughter of the late Sam Gillam and Cassie Hollabaugh Gillam, was born on April 9, 1926, in Dover, Ark., and died in her residence at Dexter on Wednesday, Aug. 8, 2007, at the age of 81.

Mrs. Gott was a homemaker and a resident of Dexter.

She was first united in marriage to Chester West. She then married Eugene Gott on Sept. 19, 1949, at Dover, Ark. Mr. Gott preceded her in death on July 13, 2001.

Survivors include four sons, Bobby Gott, Dennis Gott, Steve (Carmon) Gott, and James Gott, all of Dexter; four daughters, Betty (Fred) Kroboth of Hartford, Mich., Loretta Churchill, Juanita Holden, and Sheila Mitchell, all of Dexter; two brothers, James Gillam of Clinton, Ark., and Dennis Gillam, of Judsonia, Ark.; three sisters, Grace Cleveland and Alta Coombe, both of Judsonia, Ark., and Margaret Justis of Jonesboro, Ark.; 16 grandchildren, Theresa (Mike) Woodward, Lisa (Bill) Wallace, Joe Kroboth, Karen (Shannon) Cook, Nicole Gott, Bradley Gott, Aaron Gott, Melissa Gott, Kristi Mitchell, Shawn Mitchell, Misty Stallings, Shane Mitchell, Amber (Michael) Medlin, Brandi (Matt) Long, Jessica Gott, Jacob Gott; 18 great-grandchildren, Bethany, Phillip, Sarah, Ashley, Danielle, Kelsey, Reale, Malia, Isabella, Evan, Kayla, Kaleb, Layne, Megan, Raylei, Aiden, Kyan and Kaysen.

Besides her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by one sister, Evelyn McMinn.

Visitation will be held from 1-3 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 11, 2007, at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter.

Funeral services will then be conducted at 3 p.m. in the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Chapel.

Interment will follow in the Chalk Bluff Cemetery.
