Lisa and Jerry Carter and Jeff Longhibler announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Heather Marie Longhibler, to Brandon Christerpher Hill, son of Mary King and Larry Joe Hill, Sr.

The wedding will take place at Bloomfield Park at 3 p.m. on Sept. 2, 2007. Monnie Jones will perform the ceremony.
