Betty Dillion, daughter of the late Stephen M. Clark and Ludie Burress Clark, was born on may 11, 1934, in New Madrid County and died in her residence at Everett, Wash., on Tuesday, Oct. 9, 2007, at the age of 73.

Mrs. Dillion was a homemaker, a former resident of Stoddard County and a resident of Everett, Wash.

She is survived by four sons, Charles Dillman of Lacey, Wash., David Smith of Grants Pass, Ore., Robert Smith and Curtis Smith, both of Horseshoe Bend, Ark.; one daughter, Christina Galvan of Crossville, Tenn.; five brothers, Howard E. Clark of Marysville, Wash., James S. Clark of Rock Island, Ill., William R. Clark of Snohomish, Wash., Marvin T. Clark of Oklahoma City, Okla., and Ronald D. Clark of Dexter; two sisters, Carolyn S. Lacy of Sweet Springs and Emma K. Lippencott of Garland, Texas; and three grandchildren.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, Richard H. Clark.

Visitation will be held from 12:30 p.m. until 2 p.m. Monday, Oct. 15, 2007, at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday, Oct. 15, 2007, in the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Chapel with Rev. Mike Foster officiating.

Interment will follow in the Hagy Cemetery.
