Irene May Rollins Rhodes

Irene May Rollins Rhodes, daughter of the late Jefferson Dees and Extella Bailey Dees, was born June 1, 1921, in Whiting, Okla., and died Oct. 15, 2007, at Central Gardens Nursing Home in Dexter.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, three sisters, and four grandchildren.

Survivors include three sons and daughters-in-law, Jerry Reel and wife Yvonne of Holcomb, Jean Reel and wife Nancy of Sharpsburg, Ga., and Dennis Reel and wife Mary Ann of Dexter; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 12 noon until 2:30 Wednesday, Oct. 17, 2007, at McDaniel Funeral Service in Kennett.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 17, 2007, at McDaniel Funeral Home in Kennett with Rev. Jack Allen officiating.

Interment will follow in Memorial Gardens Cemetery at Kennett.
