Tami Lynne McCollom, daughter of John Ervin and Ruth Schlichting Kruse, was born at Cape Girardeau on July 23, 1967, and died at her home in Bloomfield on Saturday, Nov. 3, 2007, at the age of 40.

Mrs. McCollom had spent most of her life in the Bloomfield community. On Feb. 14, 2004, she was married to Randol McCollom.

Survivors include her husband, Randy McCollom of the home in Bloomfield; two sons, Justin and Joshua Ervin, both of Bloomfield; one daughter, Jordi Humphery of Bloomfield; one step-son, Randol McCollom of Bloomfield; her father, John Ervin of Anderson; her mother, Ruth Kruse of Cape Girardeau; one brother, Jack Ervin of Advance; two sister, Tonya Roper of Bloomfield and Jackie Hammond of Mt. Vernon; and three grandchildren.

Visitation was held from 10 a.m. - 1 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 6, 2007, at the Chiles-Cooper Funeral Home in Bloomfield.

Funeral services were conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 6, 2007, at the Chiles-Cooper Funeral Home in Bloomfield with Rev. Bob Holland officiating.

Interment followed in the Walker Cemetery near Bloomfield.
